It's a short bus ride to the airport.(乘公交車(chē)到機(jī)場(chǎng)很近。)

不能問(wèn)對(duì)方“Who are you?”
“Excuse me, is that Chinese Embassy?”(請(qǐng)問(wèn),這是中國(guó)大使館嗎?)
當(dāng)時(shí)簽證官不在,一名英語(yǔ)不太好的工作人員在接電話時(shí)隨口便按照漢語(yǔ)表達(dá)習(xí)慣問(wèn)道:“Who are you?”
“This is Doctor John speaking. I’m calling from Royal Hospital.”
這位工作人員緊接著又問(wèn)了一句:“Who do you want?”
正確說(shuō)法應(yīng)是:“Whom would you like to speak to?”,那位醫(yī)生說(shuō):
“Excuse me, may I speak to the visa official please?”
那位工作人員說(shuō)簽證官不在,接著問(wèn):“What do you want?”
那位工作人員馬上很關(guān)心地問(wèn)他:“What’s the matter with you?”
Is there anything difficult for you?(你有什么困難嗎?)
“I’m very well. I have nothing wrong at all.”
