中國人預(yù)期壽命的趨勢與預(yù)測
①不吸煙:從不吸煙或因非疾病的原因戒煙;
②不過量飲酒:男性每天飲用純酒精<30g,女性<15g;
③積極參加體育鍛煉:在特定年齡和性別組中,體育活動在中至高水平;
④健康的飲食習(xí)慣:每天吃新鮮蔬菜和水果,攝入紅肉1-6天/周,豆類≥4天/周,魚≥1天/周;
不同數(shù)量的健康生活方式對壽命的影響
看來,壽命這件事兒還真是“三分天注定,七分靠打拼”!真正的“唐僧肉”還是掌握在自己手上!
