這一面試'潛規(guī)則'要讓不少單身人士哭了...
據(jù)天府早報(bào)報(bào)道，某游戲公司設(shè)計(jì)師小趙在面試時(shí)就因?yàn)?span>25歲還單身被刷掉。
'我去應(yīng)聘一家公司設(shè)計(jì)師工作，之前溝通得還比較愉快?！毙≮w說，在當(dāng)天面試要結(jié)束的時(shí)候，其中一位女HR就說問一個(gè)私人問題，是否有男朋友？還是單身的小趙如實(shí)回答，從未談過男朋友。
沒想到，因?yàn)樾≮w的坦誠，最終被刷。
HR認(rèn)為，25歲還單身，交際能力有問題。

看到這個(gè)消息，網(wǎng)友紛紛吐槽，天呀，單身已經(jīng)很慘了，日常你們虐狗，情人節(jié)你們虐狗，現(xiàn)在咋連工作都不讓找了呢?。?！

一個(gè)好的自我介紹
“臺(tái)上一分鐘，臺(tái)下十年功”。面試短短幾個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)，你必須把自己多年學(xué)習(xí)、工作得到的知識(shí)展示給面試官。面試前的準(zhǔn)備工作就變得尤為重要。
首先，你要可以通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)和報(bào)紙找到求職單位的情況，要展示出，你對(duì)求職單位和工作要求了如指掌，對(duì)你所應(yīng)聘的崗位有著充分的認(rèn)識(shí)。
Make sure that you show that you know a lot about the company, about the job description, and about the role that you're applying for.
概況來講，一個(gè)好的自我介紹，一定包括以下四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)：

A2：I feel I have reached the 'glass ceiling' in my current job. / I feel there is no opportunity for advancement.

A3: There was a downsizing in our company. Similarly to most people from financial department, my contract was terminated. However, it is the past. I am ready to utilize all the knowledge and experience I gained there to start my new career, possibly in your corporation.

一忌：主動(dòng)權(quán)拱手相讓&不專業(yè)
當(dāng)面試官問你Tell me something about yourself.
不要小天真地撒嬌反問回去：“What do you want to know about me?你想知道些什么呢？”
會(huì)給面試官留下你沒有好好準(zhǔn)備面試，不珍惜本次機(jī)會(huì)的印象。
另外，面試官讓你“Tell me something about yourself”，雖然問題比較隨意，但ta絕對(duì)不是只想聽你說私人化的東西。
面試官并不想知道你的愛好、家庭或者你最喜歡的電視劇。
The interviewer doesn't want to know about your hobbies, your family, or even your favorite TV show.

二忌：背簡歷
介紹完自己，面試官通常會(huì)看你的簡歷，針對(duì)你簡歷上的項(xiàng)目對(duì)你提問。記住介紹要簡潔，回答控制在2-3分鐘內(nèi)。
Keep your statements brief. Your answer to this question should be around two to three minutes.
如果能把過往經(jīng)驗(yàn)和求職公司的需求相結(jié)合，會(huì)大大加分哦~
其他忌：不能說的幾句話
有幾句話在雙方溝通環(huán)節(jié)是禁忌，一定要記住千萬不能說！
我真的很緊張
即使你從沒這么緊張過，（也不要說這句話），沒有哪家公司想雇一名缺乏自信的員工。
Even if you're more nervous than you've ever been, no company wants to hire someone who lacks confidence.
把缺點(diǎn)說成優(yōu)點(diǎn)
有些面試官喜歡問“你的缺點(diǎn)是什么”？切忌把有點(diǎn)當(dāng)做缺點(diǎn)來說，會(huì)顯得不真誠。類似下面這種回答最好不要出現(xiàn)哦~
My weakness is I care too much/work too hard
我的弱點(diǎn)是太在乎(這份工作)/工作起來太拼命
無可奉告
面試時(shí)，不要說“無可奉告”這樣的話，這會(huì)讓你看起來有所隱瞞，或是你對(duì)面試毫無準(zhǔn)備。
Unless the interviewer asks you an inappropriate or illegal question, or something that makes you feel extremely uncomfortable, you should always answer their queries.
迫切需要得到這份工作
無論你有多渴望得到這份工作，也不要全然表現(xiàn)給面試官。面試官會(huì)把你對(duì)工作的渴求視作軟弱的表現(xiàn)，同時(shí)你也會(huì)被列入“可以隨意砍價(jià)”的范圍。
Definitely do not say that you really need this job due to your current circumstances.
很喜歡貴公司的福利津貼
還記得網(wǎng)紅張雪峰老師在綜藝節(jié)目上的言論嗎？
雖然他的說法被很多網(wǎng)友批評(píng)過激，但就HR看來，他們更想看到你的事業(yè)心，太在意薪酬福利會(huì)讓面試官覺得你來公司只是為了錢，而沒有更深層次的原因。
This will create the image that you care more about the benefits than you do about contributing to the employer's success.
所以無論多喜歡公司的福利，請(qǐng)不要將它當(dāng)做你想要入職的理由講給面試官聽
Don't bring up how much you love some of the company's perks, such as their policy of having every third Friday off or their free snacks.
我沒有問題要問
在面試的最后，面試官會(huì)問你，“你還有什么想問我的？”最最忌諱的答案是“你講的很詳細(xì)，我沒有問題要問?！?/p>
這會(huì)顯得你的準(zhǔn)備工作做得很不充分，或更糟糕的是，你對(duì)這份工作或這個(gè)公司不感興趣。
This makes you look unprepared for the interview, or worse, disinterested in the job or company.

當(dāng)聽到這個(gè)問題，恭喜你！面試官對(duì)你超感興趣，已經(jīng)考慮把你納入羽翼之下了！這個(gè)問題可隨心意回答，不要獅子大張口，也不要委屈了自己。給彼此一條退路，更容易讓你拿下工作。

1. Answer structure回答結(jié)構(gòu)
說出自己可以接受的薪資水平。或者回答：對(duì)于薪資，我希望與自己的能力相符。但是，我也希望可以知道這個(gè)職位的薪資水平。
Provide salary scale which is acceptable for you. Or answer that: I’d like to have the salary which matches my ability. Yet I’d also like to know the salary scale for this position.
接著，在獲知工作細(xì)節(jié)之后，你可以給出具體的薪資數(shù)目。
Then explain that you will give the more specific number if you know work details.
2. Answer tips回答提示
在任何情況下都不要立刻回答這個(gè)問題，因?yàn)槟阕约航ㄗh的薪資可能過高或過低。
In any case, you should not answer this question right away because the salary you recommend can be too high or too low.
在回答之前，問清楚工作內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)、困難，以及工作的方式方法。
Before answering, ask for description for the job; the goals, the difficulties and how to assess the working performance.
面試之后，你也可以通過電子郵件給與答復(fù)。
You can also give the answer via email after the interview.
回答這個(gè)問題的時(shí)候，不要過于簡單或過于考慮安全性，面試官喜歡數(shù)字。你可以在回答的時(shí)候給出一個(gè)范圍，但是在給出精確薪資之前必須弄清楚工作要求。
Do not answer this question too generally or too safe, the interviewers like numbers. You can answer in a certain range, but you need the job requirements before giving the exact number.
3. Answer samples示范回答
我對(duì)工資并不是太看重。對(duì)我來講，公司制度和工作環(huán)境更重要。
I don’t care very much about salary. What means more to me is the policy and working environment the company is offering and supplying me with.
我希望自己的收入和支出不是剛好相抵，生活要舒適。而且，我不是一個(gè)只關(guān)心各種花銷賬單而不關(guān)心其它事情的人。因此，找工作的時(shí)候，我希望薪資可以高一些，符合我自己的能力以及目標(biāo)。
I look up to salary not to make ends meet, but to enjoy my life. I’m afraid I am not the one who only concerns about paying bills but not others. Therefore, when I look for a job, I expect a high consideration which suits my ability and goals.
