 是否覺(jué)得可以更幸福?你覺(jué)得事情也還湊合,但還是覺(jué)得應(yīng)該更好一點(diǎn)。

    如果我說(shuō)只要簡(jiǎn)單地轉(zhuǎn)變心態(tài),生活就能更幸福,你覺(jué)得怎么樣?

    我有一位在網(wǎng)站工作的朋友,他說(shuō):完全對(duì)自己的幸福負(fù)責(zé),以及停止指責(zé)別人,只有這樣,才能真正找到幸福。

    我真的相信幸福取決于心態(tài)。只有你才能決定自己是否會(huì)幸福。有了這個(gè)主心骨,一石激起千層浪,會(huì)對(duì)生活的各個(gè)方面產(chǎn)生影響。

    當(dāng)你察覺(jué)到自己的想法或情緒變得消極了,或者比原先預(yù)料的要低落,我就會(huì)采用“轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)”的方式。首先,停止腦子里已有的思維方式;而是要開(kāi)始用一種更積極的方式去思考,至少花上17秒。這點(diǎn)時(shí)間足夠改變看法了。越多實(shí)踐這種方法,積極的思維方式越可能形成一種習(xí)慣。

    “如果一直追問(wèn)幸福到底是什么,那么就永遠(yuǎn)不可能幸福。如果一直追尋生命的意義,那么就永遠(yuǎn)沒(méi)有真正生活過(guò)。”

    1、開(kāi)始每天列出自己心懷感激的名單。起床前、沐浴中,或者開(kāi)車(chē)上班時(shí),你都可以做這件事情。你能養(yǎng)成心懷感激的習(xí)慣嗎?

    2、熱愛(ài)生活,不要沉湎物質(zhì)。生活越簡(jiǎn)單越好。購(gòu)買(mǎi)商品的興奮感轉(zhuǎn)瞬即逝,所以要將更多的注意力放在生活中,以及要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造各種值得記憶的事情。高品質(zhì)的生活本身,才能讓人幸福;而不是擁有物質(zhì)的多寡或者高檔與否。

    4、相信自己,信賴(lài)自己。當(dāng)人相信自己的時(shí)候,生活就愜意許多了。記住:起身行動(dòng)比坐著空想,遠(yuǎn)為困難,所以,你可能已經(jīng)完成了難度更大的工作。你需要更多激勵(lì)嗎?

    5、做事要更靈活,而不是更刻苦。我們經(jīng)常覺(jué)得有價(jià)值的事情,都需要刻苦努力。這可真錯(cuò)了。人類(lèi)為什么長(zhǎng)了這樣一顆大腦袋?就是要我們用腦子。真的,我覺(jué)得:我們經(jīng)常把事情弄得難度太大了,遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)實(shí)際情況。

    6、沒(méi)有“失敗”一說(shuō)。每次計(jì)劃落空,你都可以學(xué)到經(jīng)驗(yàn),然后繼續(xù)前進(jìn)。將來(lái),學(xué)到的知識(shí)只會(huì)讓人更得心應(yīng)手。

    改變心態(tài)和進(jìn)行上述轉(zhuǎn)變并不容易,但值得這么做。心態(tài)影響看法;你關(guān)注的內(nèi)容,以及你對(duì)哪些問(wèn)題視而不見(jiàn),都會(huì)受心態(tài)的影響。通過(guò)調(diào)整心態(tài),就可以改變整個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)生活!

My Friend,  Amit Amin from HappierHuman.com, says that it is when we take full responsibility for our happiness and stop blaming others, that we can truly find happiness.

I truly believe that it completely hinges on our perspectives. Only you can decide if you are going to be happy. This also ripples its way into other areas of our lives.

I like to practice “flip switch” when you notice that your thoughts or mood is negative or lower than you would like. First you stop your current thinking and then start thinking more positively for at least 17 seconds. This is enough time to change your prospective. The more often you practice this, the more likely it is that your positive thinking will become a habit.

So what are some easy ways that you can quickly set your mood and attitude for the day?

Try these techniques to bring greater happiness and success into you and change your life today:

Start each day by making a list of things you’re grateful for. You can do this while you’re lying in bed just before you get up, in the shower, or while driving to work.  Can you create a grateful habit?

Love life, not stuff. Simpler is better. The feeling of excitement when you buy something wears off pretty fast, so focus more on living your life and create memories. The quality of your life itself is what will bring you the most happiness, not the quantity or quality of your stuff.

Be patient. Enjoy the journey of creating the life you desire. Each day will bring you one step closer.

Believe and have faith in yourself. Life is much more pleasant when you have faith in yourself. Remember: You’ve probably already done things that are much more difficult than just about anything you may still wish to accomplish.  Do you need more motivation?

Smarter not harder. We often believe that anything worthwhile requires a lot of work. That’s definitely not true. Why do you think we have such big brains? So we can use them of course. Really, I think we often make things much harder than they have to be.

There’s no such thing as failure. Each time your plans fall short, learn from the experience, and continue moving forward. The knowledge gained only makes you more capable in the future.

Adjusting your attitude and making these changes isn’t easy, but it pays off. Your attitude affects your perspective, what you notice, and what you fail to notice. By adjusting your attitude, you can shift your whole reality!

Examine the attitudes you already hold that may be limiting your life and happiness. What perspectives and beliefs would serve you better?

I bet you can think of some that are smarter, that fill you with believe in yourself and will motivate you along your life journey. Take these ideas to get started. You will find the process of adjusting those negative attitudes will lead to a happier tomorrow.
